This talk showcases how computational methods such as R programming can facilitate the exploration of the social effect of Own-Race bias. This powerful computational method not only illuminates the psychological and societal significance of this phenomenon but also shows the importance and usefulness of applying digital tools within social science research.

Bio

Inonge is a Master of Arts candidate at the University of Witwatersrand, with a background in the social sciences and humanities (Psychology and Criminology). Passionate about advancing Africa and women through knowledge and research, and being a catalyst for progress and change by embracing the digital age and celebrating digital humanities.
